Rates and Conditions of stay

The rates of ROOMS are per person per day and include: overnight stay, supply of electricity and heating, supply of hot and cold water, cleaning of the rooms, supply and change of linen, free wi-fi.

The BREAKFAST service has an additional cost of € 4.00 per person per day.

Children from 0 to 3 years old stay for free.
For children from 4 to 12 years old in 3rd bed there is a 10% reduction on the rates.

Reservation request

The reservation request can be made:

The reservation will be confirmed upon a 40% deposit on the cost of the stay, by bank money transfer.

PAYMENT AND BALANCES
The payment of the booking confirmation deposit can be made:

  • by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the booking confirmation email.

The balance of the entire stay must be paid at check-in, by cash or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed with the management.

CITY TAX
Starting from 1 May 2018, the Municipality of Marina di Gioiosa Ionica has introduced the CITY TAX, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (with RESOLUTION pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree 14 March 2011, n. 23 and as provided for by art. 4, paragraph 7, of DI 24 April 2017, n. 50).

The fee will be paid at the end of the stay by each guest, according to the payment provisions agreed with the manager.

The following are exempt from paying the tax:

  • minors up to the age of twelve and seniors over the age of seventy;
  • persons staying in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by public authorities, to deal with social situations as well as emergencies resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events or for humanitarian relief purposes;
  • volunteers who provide service during calamities;
  • personnel belonging to the State Police and other armed forces who carry out public order and safety activities, as defined in the Consolidated Law on Public Safety Royal Decree of 18 June 1931, no. 773, and the subsequent Implementing Regulation referred to in Royal Decree of 6 May 1940, no. 635.

 

Cancellation or no show
Cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the date of stay, otherwise the 40% deposit will be retained.

Early departures
Early departures and cancellations of various kinds, once the stay has begun, are not refundable.

Maintenance of the structure
The B&B reserves the right to access the rooms to carry out cleaning and maintenance operations.

Responsibility of the bed and breakfast – La Rosa dei venti
We decline all responsibility for damages caused to the guest by events connected to the use of the apartment and not, including physical damage, material damage, losses, thefts, robberies or other types of criminal activity.

We explicitly decline all responsibility for loss of valuables or documents left in the room.
